Biography

Marcel Ramos is a Senior Data Scientist at the Waldron Lab at the CUNY School of Public Health and a Bioconductor Core Team member. His research interests include implementation of genomic data structures and representations within the R / Bioconductor S4 ecosystem. He is involved in the development and maintenance of over 24 R / Bioconductor and CRAN packages including MultiAssayExperiment and BiocManager.
